I shoot the 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge competitively (Ruger Precision Rifle) and for hunting and find it an sxcellent “intermediate” cartridge for the longer distances I must shoot here in Nevada and elsewhere in the west.
HOW is the .264 USA cartridge any better than the 6.5 CM?? I don’t believe the sharper shoulder of the 6.5 CM is at issue. If 6.5 Cased Telescoped rounds will feed properly in a MG made for them why would a 6.5 CM create a problem? They feed perfectly well in civilian AR rifles.
