Election
- If you don’t think Kamala Harris wants to keep her gun and take yours away, consider the fact that she’s tried to ban the Glock handgun she claims to own, in both cities she’s lived in.
Litigation
- The US Supreme Court has granted cert and agreed to hear an appeal by US gun maker Smith & Wesson and firearms wholesaler Interstate Arms to throw out Mexico’s lawsuit accusing them of aiding the illegal trafficking of firearms to Mexican drug cartels.
- Meanwhile, it’s just crickets when you ask about the US suing Mexico for facilitating the criminal invasion of the USA by hordes of Mexicans and passers-through.
- The five-member Okeechobee, Florida city council and Police Chief Donald Hagan, who issued an illegal gun ban order shortly before Hurricane Helena crash landed, may each be forced to pay $5,000 personally – without using taxpayer dollars – for violating Florida’s powerful preemption statute, which only allows the state legislature to regulate firearms. It should be easy to just garnish their pay if they don’t get fired.

NRA update
- NY corruption case:
- NRA’s lawyer:
Crime
Enemies
- Or should I say, jack-booted thugs. Pure evil.
- Also available as a podcast.
- Rogue NYC Mayor Eric Adams, long time member of Mayors Against Illegal Guns, joins Illegal Mayors Against Guns.
DGUs
- An off-duty San Diego Community College police officer shot and killed a man who stabbed him on Fiesta Island last week.
- Two men, 32- and 41-years-old, attempted to break into a home in Frenchtown Township, Michigan. The younger of the two was shot by one of the two residents with a crossbow.
- The Armed Citizen:
The Only Ones
- Paying the piper. But it’s not enough.
- More crooked cops. Brandon, MS.
- Future police cadet promotions can be reliably predicted by facial features. Police bosses are ineffective because they are being chosen for how they look rather than how they perform or how they think. That explains so much.
- Decorated off-duty Atlanta Police Detective Aubree Clay Horton was shot and killed by one of his neighbors after he allegedly broke into a house in Douglas County, Georgia, early last Friday morning. Officials suspect Horton was experiencing a mental health episode or was under the influence of drugs.
- An unidentified Milwaukee area school’s private security guard – allegedly retired from the Cudahy Police Department – shot himself in the leg at a ball game when he grabbed for his unsecured pistol that was slipping down from his waistband.
