Remember Uvalde
A woman who was handcuffed by police while she was trying to rescue her kids at the Uvalde school massacre, said police are threatening her with an obstruction of justice charge to keep her quiet about their actions. Remember I said they would take the 5th if they go to court. There are a lot of really good cops out there, including at least a few at the Uvalde massacre. But these aren’t them.
And an armed neighbor who was chasing the Uvalde killer into the school as the attack unfolded was stopped by the Keystone Cops. Of course they didn’t bother to stop the killer.
I said that already.
Massacres
- Dozens of them. Prevented by an armed citizen. Yes, it happens and not infrequently. But as I’ve said before it’s not much reported because that sort of story does not support the media’s mission of disarming and dominating you.
- A proper response. Butler County, Ohio, Sheriff Richard Jones says his office is offering free Conceal Carry permit classes for anyone who is associated with a school in the county.

The main difference between the 1960s and today, regarding massacres? Today we have both major mass media and the internet/tic-toc/instagram, etc., which are complicit in glorifying and promoting each tragedy and challenge the next sicko to exceed the body count and the media hits. It’s pretty much unheard of (so far) to have one of these massacres at a major media facility. That’s not because they’re gun free zones.
Litigation
The Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC)/FPC Law and the Second Amendment Foundation, joined by Rainier Arms, LLC and a private citizen, Gabriella Sullivan, have filed a federal Second and Fourteenth Amendment lawsuit challenging the State of Washington’s unconstitutional ban on common firearm magazines. The case is Gabriella Sullivan, et al. v. Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson, et al.
The parents of a 10-year-old victim in the mass shooting in Uvalde, Tex., and a staff member at Robb Elementary School are taking their first steps toward legal action against the gunmaker that made the semiautomatic rifle used by the killer in the massacre. The parents sent a letter to Daniel Defense seeking information about the Georgia based company’s “marketing to teens and children,” according to their attorneys. The letter sent to the gunmaker, obtained by The Washington Post, also asks Daniel Defense to provide communications with the Uvalde shooter. If filed, such a lawsuit will be a challenge to the federal Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. (FYI, you don’t see a lot of “communications” between gun makers and end users, as they do not sell direct.) There are a few other similar lawsuits pending.

The U.S. House passed a comprehensive gun control/ban bill this week, but I understand it has little chance in the Senate. Keep the pressure on.

I’ve said it before, but here’s a short list. These terms aren’t real things. Do not use them or accept their use. They are pejorative and not legitimate.

- Active shooter, or mass shooting, when referring to killers

President Shotgun Joe Biden now claims 9mm pistol bullets will blow your lungs right out of your body. He also continues to lie about the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN IS A LIAR. PERIOD.
National Public Radio – which now seems to have ditched that name in favor of NPR – claims the AR-15 is designed to blow targets apart, and that .223 rounds from AR-15s will decapitate human beings who are shot with them by others. Nope, not with a single round. That’s what chainsaw bayonets are for.

Federal Premium’s new HEVI-Bismuth shot will be available in three 20-gauge and six 12-gauge loads. The pellets have a density of 9.6 g/cc, which is greater than steel loads. This “Hevi” stuff is the same density as regular Bismuth-Tin shot. Lead density is 11.34 g/cc.
