We previously reported that anti-gun MS state senator John Horhn (D-Jackson) was arrested on a DUI charge after leaving a “crime prevention” public meeting on Nov. 14, 2013. He reportedly abused and threatened the arresting officer and proclaimed his innocence. But now he has entered a no contest plea to the DUI charge in Jackson Municipal Court, and says he won’t do it again. We understand that a no contest plea is technically a guilty plea. Go figure.
I wonder if he discussed drunk driving at his crime summit.
