You’ve seen the news reports of the biker brawl at a Waco, TX restaurant over the weekend, resulting in nine dead and police saying it was the worst Waco massacre in memory. Apparently they don’t remember the Branch Davidian massacre, or just don’t claim it. Oh, and we also have a report that all nine dead were killed by police.

The Boy Scouts of America, an organization with semi-military origins which has been racing to the bottom in recent years (and has now arrived), has now banned water gun fights. Pointing simulated firearms at people is not allowed. Biodegradable water balloons no larger than a ping pong ball are still allowed. Also prohibited are rubber band fights and marshmallow shooters.
